Are you Painting or adding an Addition to your Home or property?
To avoid a $500 fine, please submit this form to the Ivey Grove Architectural Committee (ACC) for review before Exterior Contruction begins. This includes but not limited to painting, adding-Ons, Porticos, new decks, etc. Any changes done to the exterior that can be seen from the street will need to have prior approval.
Please submit your request here and upload any supporting documents that will speed up the process of approval.
Please submit all material items you desire to be considered.
Please note that the Ivey grove Community is govern by a Homeowners Association Board that reserves the right to approve or deny exterior changes and renovations per our Covenant. If proper steps are not taken to approve your exterior changes you could be subject to fines and daily fees.
