Ivey Grove HOA Board
The Ivey Grove HOA board has worked to accomplish great things within our community in the past few years. Not only have they brought the community financially solvent, but they have improved the front entrance grounds and reworked and enforced the covenants, keeping the community safe, beautiful, and neighborly.
The Board has appointed additional members of the Ivey Grove HOA to be on a architectural committee. These individuals are as follows:
Carol Mason is a Realtor and has lived within the Ivey Grove Community since its inception in 1995; she has served as HOA president in past years and has been on the Architectural Committee since 2015 and the Committee Chair.
Ben Andrews joined in 2022 and is in Finance and has lived in the community since 2015; Ben has joined the ACC to help continue the efforts in keeping it clean and safe for our members.
Amy Allen joined in 2022.
Billy Bivins & Heather Walker joined in 2022; Billy has served on the Board from 2016 to 2019 as Vice President. Heather is our Lead ACC Representative.
Tim and Jenny Cox joined in 2022.
All individuals on the ACC homes show a presence in the community and these individuals are in line with the expectation we are driving towards. The architectural committee assists with oversight on items that are related to architecture, home and property, landscaping, and Cobb County/Ivey Grove covenant code enforcement. By ensuring the attractiveness and appeal of our neighborhood, property values are protected - benefitting all members of our community. Please refer to our covenants for additional information surrounding the committee.
Together we strive for the same goals and with our team of 7 on the ACC and 4 board members, we will continue to see our community thrive.
