1. Reminder: Garbage is not to be left out at the curb unless it is trash day.
Garbage cans filled with garbage can only be placed at the curb the evening before collection and should be removed by 11 p.m. on the day of collection. Please place cans out of sight from the road.

2. REMINDER please keep landscape looking clean and well maintained from the street. This is including in between the houses. Nothing left out in front of the house or where it can be seen from the street. Thank you!
3. REMINDER to please SLOW down, there are Children at play!
4. ALL Fences and Mailboxes should be at an upright and in good order. Please correct any leaning or loose posts, pickets and/or gates.
