If you're buying or selling in our community a few things to know.
1. We DO have strict Rental restrictions and do not allow investment companies to purchase properties for rental purposes.
2. There is a $400 initiation fee for new buyers with a $125 letter prep fee.
3. Before listing your home, it is vital to confirm with the HOA that you're not in violation with your exterior, landscape, or dues. This will hold up closing and a letter will not be submitted until the violations are satisfied.
